Our solutions include exchange, loans and leases, associated or not to repair. Components that are no longer used in Tunisair Technics supported fleet and excess inventories are offered at attractive conditions.
Under exceptional circumstances, when an aircraft is grounded, our AOG assistance service is staffed 24/7. It is by far able to support more than the combined Tunisair Group fleets and is thus on-call to handle our customers dispatch-critical component requirements. We work with a carefully selected set of logistic partners to guarantee global coverage alternatives.

Maintenance Portfolio
Tunisair Technics brings to its customers more than 65 years of experience in maintenance and airline operation through customized solutions that guarantee component reliability and availability.
It tests, repairs and overhauls components in all ATA chapters in its state-of-the-art facilities. Tunisair Technics owns Series-6 ATEC bench, located in her base station in Tunis-Carthage, available to check and analyze the latest generation of avionics and control systems. We also have in-house equipment calibration capability.
Our state-of-the-art workshops are fully prepared to test, repair, overhaul or modify all components in our care. The work scopes include all CMM repairs as well as material repaired on a DER or DOA basis.

Branch Stock or Main Base Kit (MBK)
Most operators elect to have a locally-stored inventory of dispatch critical components to support the continued operation at their home base or outstations. Tunisair Technics can recommend the composition of such a stock, in part numbers and quantities and take care of the procurement and logistics if so required. Such inventory is carefully monitored and adjusted as required to fit in the most suitable way the operational requirements of the airline, which results in substantial savings.
Pooling
Another Tunisair Technics' offer is component pooling. A component pool comprises an extensive inventory of components configured at an optimum technical standard and common to Tunisair Group who would like to benefit from economies of scale that cannot be materialized in a stand-alone scenario.
The supplier acts as a single source for all the customers in the pool contract, and handles on your behalf the repairs and applicable modifications, writes the workscope, defines the optimum engineering standards, develops repair solutions and brings the component to you wherever and whenever you need it. You can thus concentrate on your core business: flying!
To provide for your immediate requirements, in addition to our main pool in Tunis-Carthage the strategic location North Africa. When operations require, we can base dispatch-critical component inventory (Main Base Kit) very near your operational centers and manage the repairs of your unserviceable parts: TAT is therefore no longer an issue for you.
